Allen & Heath CQ Compact Digital Mixers
The CQ series integrates Allen & Heath’s processing tools and effects into a compact digital mixer format. Each input channel can operate in Quick Channel mode, which provides simplified, application-based processing, or in Complete Channel mode for more detailed parameter adjustments.
For streamlined setup, the mixer includes a Gain Assistant that sets initial gain levels for one or multiple channels and continues to monitor levels to help reduce clipping. A Feedback Assistant is also provided, using up to 16 filters per output to identify and manage problematic frequencies.
The CQ series supports 96kHz operation and includes onboard processing along with an FX suite suitable for live-sound applications. Effects such as reverb, delay, and modulation are available, with presets for various instruments. Selected models also feature FX Assist, which automatically adjusts effect parameters in response to the input signal.
