At Liquid Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
